You are a talented social media guru who is passionate about hunting & the outdoor industry. You are creative and strategic; you enjoy developing content to create hype & strong engagement with the audience. You have experience managing influencer programs and enjoy developing long-lasting relationships with your collaborators. You have a positive mindset, great interpersonal skills, and the ability to keep people engaged with the brand.

**Influencer Management**
- Develop & manage the influencer marketing strategy through on-going communication and performance analysis to drive growth, increase reach & build notoriety.

**Social Media Management**
- Manage all social media content calendar & daily posts, Facebook, IG, Twitter, LinkedIn & YouTube.
- Daily interaction with our social media audiences & identification of users with success stories to leverage as UGC for social and website.

**Pro-staff (micro-influencer) Management**
- Maximize SPYPOINT reach & leverage pro-staff to support positive brand image on social & pro-actively elevate issues & opportunities to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement of customer experience.

**Qualifications**:
**THE EXPERTISE REQUIRED TO TAKE US FURTHER:

- **
- You have 3+ years of marketing, influencer & social media experience
- You have a passion for hunting and the outdoor industry
- You have a creative eye with excellent writing & communication skills
- You are detailed oriented and are praised for flawless execution
- You enjoy staying abreast of social media trends & best practices
- You can evaluate & recommend new social media tactics based on organic social analytics, trends and share reporting insights & recommendations
- You are a team player with a positive attitude & excellent interpersonal skills
- If you are comfortable with multiple CMS systems, the Adobe suite, and influencer management software options, that is a big plus
