From carrying heavy loads with DRIVEN to the inspiring dolls of Our Generation, Battat offers a unique range of engaging toys for babies and toddlers, all the way up to kids a little older. **Your Role** As a Social Media Specialist, you will be reporting to the Social Media Manager while working closely with copywriters, product designers, graphic designers, videographers, and sales teams to plan and execute social media strategies on multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for the following: - Working alongside other teams to brainstorm ideas, map out content, and build 360-degree campaigns - Plan and maintain a monthly calendar filled with eye-catching social media posts for various social media platforms, for your assigned brands - Understand the social media strategy, tone-of-voice, and brand guidelines for each of your assigned brands - Analyze social media campaigns and optimize efforts while leveraging learnings and adapting to them - Collaborate, build relationships and serve as a primary contact for various internal and external stakeholders - Actively monitor social media channels, determining when and how to engage with the community and escalate accordingly when necessary - Manage influencer research, collaborations, and the collection of UGC for your assigned brands - Present new ideas, analyses, key findings regularly with team members and provide recommendations - Identify trends, opportunities to innovate, maintain awareness and understanding of best-in-class tactics **What You’ll Need** - 3+ years of relevant experience in the field of social media and community management - Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects - Strong understanding of current social media landscape including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, etc. as well as emerging platforms - Ability to create short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
