**The position: Content & Social Media Specialist**

This role is all about creativity, organization, execution, and attention to detail. As our Content & Social Media Specialist, you’ll be in charge of working on 360 marketing tactics from design to delivery, bringing our marketing strategy to life. You will be responsible for the end to end creation of a range of materials and assets to both inward and outward-facing channels.

**Specifically, we need you to**:
**Cross-Functional Content**:

- Create a variety of marketing collateral materials and initiatives across the brand and departments such as sales collateral (i.e. presentations, decks, client case studies), repurpose marketing materials (i.e. webinars), and other internal projects;
- Depending on the projects these will be created by yourself and with the support of external agencies/partners that you will coordinate
- Please note that we expect you to fully utilize tools such as ChatGPT and other AI tools in order to maximize your output and focus in other value added tasks

**Own Channels**:

- Be in charge of our social media, newsletter and communications;
- Create and execute a social media content strategy and calendar including channel and community management;
- Own the end-to-end content creation, from Kick-Off to Creative Review, ensuring always on and best-in-class digital marketing, aligned to marketing goals;
- Develop, produce, capture, and drive content and community engagement strategies across all owned social and digital platforms with a focus on growing upper funnel traffic, as well as driving leads for the sales pipeline;
- Content includes visual and written assets (with the help of AI tools)
- Work with the team to develop a strong tone of voice and ensure consistency across all marketing content and channels;
**Reporting**:

- Track the success of marketing efforts and campaign performance across multiple platforms;
- Maintain a deep understanding of performance KPI’s and conduct monthly analysis on all digital assets.

**Is this job for you? Well, it is if**:

- You have 3+ years social media/content creation/brand strategy experience running end to end projects;
- You carry experience in the Hospitality/Vacation Rental industry. While this is not a must, it is a huge asset;
- You are curious about technology and ready to embrace all the possibilities offered by AI, thus maximizing your output and focusing on more value-added tasks where your experience and creativity can make a difference;
- You are bilingual in Native-Level English and ideally, also fluent in Spanish (both written and oral). Spanish is not an absolute must, but it is a strong asset;
- You have a strong understanding of the social media space, communities, conversations, and trends;
- You are passionate about storytelling and connecting with customers in impactful, clear, and meaningful ways;
- You have a very collaborative spirit and ability to work cross-functionally between different departments;
- You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable adapting to the changing needs of the business and dealing with new situations and ambiguity;
