**Accounts Payable Specialist (FNFP10)** We are seeking a reliable professional with a proven record of attention to detail and ability to meet set deadlines with mínimal supervision. This role reports to the Accounts Payable Manager. Duties and Responsibilities: - Resolve issues, serve as a resource in troubleshooting on behalf of team - Demonstrate leadership skills and further own development to better assist team - Provide excellent service to all stakeholders, including vendors, facilities and colleagues - Assist Manager with overseeing service ticket /testing system fixes or required updates - Create and submit AP month-end accruals for JE submission and oversee month end reports when Manager is absent - Oversee inter-company related transactions - Review non-PO entries daily for accuracy and follow AP/company processes, controls and policies Qualifications: - 4+ years experience in an Accounts Payable role - Accounting degree or equivalent certificate - Strong background working on a Team (Team player) - Knowledge of SAP and Chrome River an asset - Knowledge of MS office, specifically Excel, Powerpoint & Teams - Knowledge of US & Canadian taxes - Strong organizational skills - Ability to communicate effectively and provide guidance to lower-level personnel - Reliable and meets deadlines with mínimal supervision - Bilingual (English/French) an asset LI-CF1 - Fujitsu at a Glance _ - Fujitsu is a leading information and communication technology (ICT) company, headquartered in Japan, offering a full range of technology products, solutions, and services.
