We are looking for two medical receptionist to perform the following KEY tasks:
- Greet patients and optimize patient flow in clinic
- Take payments
- Opening and/or closing the clinic
- Perform appointment confirmations
- Daily laundry, coffee machine upkeep, dishwasher, taking out the garbage
- Printing and scanning all patient documents, sending and receiving faxes, scheduling lab pickups
Requirements are the following:
- Evening and weekend availability (2 days off back to back)
- Experience as a medical receptionist
- Experience with Janeapp (a major advantage)
- Perfectly bilingual (English and French)
- Hard-working and motivated to learn about facial and body aesthetic treatments and cosmetic surgery
- Punctual and reliable
- Polite and smiling
**Benefits**:
