**Responsibilities**:

- The position involves being able to balance Warranty issues that require immediate attention along with time-sensitive Construction scheduling on a consistent basis
- Daily responsibilities can include scheduling appointments with appropriate trade partners and staff; the processing and distribution of all associated paperwork; providing any necessary support to the team in the field and responding to Homeowner inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Overseeing and processing of Permit Applications and follow through, Lot Inspection monitoring, uploading critical documents
- Communicate with construction field team, trade partners, internal departments, City of Edmonton and surrounding area municipalities
- Document Management for Permits - Floor & Joist Layouts, Window Layouts, Form A's, Lateral Support Letters, Tall Wall Details, Soil Bearing, etc.
- ANHW Application, Enmax Enrollments, Gas (ATCO) Application & Meter Install
- Weekly Trade Reports, Internal Reports and Management Reports
- Variety of tasks that change daily depending on importance
- Direct incoming phone calls via a switchboard telephone

**Job Requirements**
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Experience with scheduling software an asset
- Knowledge and/or experience in new home construction is an asset but not required
- Self motivated and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills
- Well organized, detail oriented, flexible, and the ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
