KONE in Greater Toronto is looking for a new Service branch coordinator.

The purpose of this role is to support the Branch Operations by performing administrative and accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, purchasing, reception, customer service and by reducing the administrative workload of the Manager, Supervisors and Salespersons so that they can maximize the time they spend on the customer and our field forces.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Handle incoming phone calls for the Branch.
- Responsible for the accounts receivable for the branch including following up on all outstanding amounts, collections and generation of reports.
- Inputs data entry information (payroll, new contracts, sales orders, material etc) into the SAP system.)
- Generates Purchase Orders and follows up on Goods Receipt.
- Receive customer inquiries and responds to customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provides administrative support to all members of the branch team when required.
- Performs reception and dispatching duties when required.

Skills, Education & Experience:

- You should have a college or university degree or be a professional tradesperson. Equivalent experience may be substituted for degree.
- It is considered an asset to have basic knowledge of construction industry practices and contracts.
