Service Coordinator Wanted

Would you like to work in a small office that is jam packed with high level of enthusiasm, fast paced environment with always something on the go. We are hiring a **service coordinator** who will be the primary point of contact for not only our clients but our technicians. Our #1 priority is to provide our existing and potential clients a great experience from the very first contact to all future interactions and maintaining a close relationship with our service technicians. Our typical client is a very hot or very cold employee or business owner. We are a close-knit team that highly values communication and teamwork.

Our service coordinator will be delivering results in these main areas:

- Ensuring technicians are in the right place at the right time with all the right tools and knowledge to provide excellent service and HVAC solutions. This means digesting information shared by clients and asking great questions in order to prepare and provide that to our technicians so they can do the best job they can.
- Act as the face of the company when dealing with high value clients, you will be responsible for ensuring that all their service needs are exceeded, including any recommendations for equipment improvements.
- Coming with ideas on ways to be proactive vs. reactive as an emerging leader in our service department.

Experience with the following: Jonas, Office 365 and Pipedrive is considered as asset, but we are hiring based on character and a good fit vs. skills. If you think you are a good fit, we will show you the way.

This is a salaried position, starting base salary is $50,000 - $62,400. Working hours are 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility. We provide benefits and a RRSP 100% matching program, continuous training and development, great culture including and company wide team building events.
