**Job Title: Office Receptionist/ Administration Support**
Heritage Collective is a reputable and thriving company specializing in high-quality masonry services. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as our Office Receptionist/Administration Support.
In our humble opinion, we see this as an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional with familiarity in an office, and a customer service atmosphere. This part-time role allows us to offer somewhat of a flexible schedule that will include daytime hours, Monday through Friday, 20 to 25 hours per week.
We value professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our skilled team, including masons, project managers, and administrative staff. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining effective relationships and supporting the financial aspects of our projects.
**Overarching Accountabilities include and are not limited to**:
- Includes all aspects of onboarding and orientation of new staff, ensuring their first day is a positive experience, that all new hire paperwork is complete and filed.
- Extended medical benefits administration.
- Organization and manage required service appointments.
- Updating written communications, organizing our employee review process.
- Timesheets, and tracking our team’s time-off.
- Office inventory
- Assist with the administration of WorkSafe claims
This role requires someone with high organization, attention to detail and time management skills along with the commitment to delivering employee and customer satisfaction. We offer an inspiring and supportive work environment. We are a friendly, fun and professional team.
