**About the Role**
**Job Scope**:
**Job description**:
- Revolving phone duties (switch off daily)
- Updating price book
- Inputting data for quotes and invoicing
- Scheduling quotes, maintenance, and service
- Working with different teams on projects
- Scanning
- Filling
- Updating word documents when required
- Communicating with the field team, vendors, and customers
**Required Skills and Characteristics**:
- Minimum 1 year Office Experience
- Comfortable answering a multi-line phone
- Scheduling experience an asset
- Data entry
- Efficient with Microsoft programs
- Team player
- Able to work 8:30 -4:30 Monday to Friday
- Fluent in English (writing/speaking)

**Experience and Education**:
- Completed Grade 12 education
- Data Entry: 1 year (required)
- Microsoft Office: 1 years (required)
