CP Distributors has a current opening for an ambitious **Inside Sales and Special Projects Coordinator** in our **Halifax** branch.

As an **Inside Sales and Special Projects Coordinator** **,** you will be responsible to:

- Provide exceptional customer service, and work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Understand customer needs, answer calls, and handle walk-in traffic as needed;
- Provide timely and accurate quotes using CP standard over the counter pricing policies, estimating, and quoting processes;
- Act as a brand ambassador and use available opportunities to promote CP products and services that meet the customers’ plan and budget;
- Take a proactive and professional approach to trouble-shooting and have strong organizational abilities.

**Your Experience**:

- Ideally, you possess 2-5 years of experience in over-the-counter building material distribution sales or relevant sales role;
- Foundational experience and knowledge of Division 8 and 10 scopes of work, specifically with building openings (doors, frames, and hardware);

- Strong time management skills and ability to work well under pressure;
- Exceptional customer service skills;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
