**About the Position**

The pivotal role of Project Manager revolves around precise management of client interactions and technical engagement. The position involves promptly responding to inquiries, providing accurate estimates, and actively engaging in discussions with Engineers to offer informed recommendations. Facilitating the creation of submittals, coordinating orders with clients and site contacts, and addressing discrepancies in collaboration with contractors are paramount responsibilities.

Cultivating strong customer relationships remains a priority, involving exceptional service and a Customer First approach. Active participation in customer events, including open houses and sporting events, further enhances business connections.

**The Day to Day**
- Prepare and facilitate the creation of submittals as required.
- Coordinate with customers or site contacts to address discrepancies in orders, managing issues such as Missing Items, Incorrect Items, or Damaged Items. Submit claims and warranties as necessary.
- Process orders expeditiously following the approval of submittals, making necessary edits to orders.
- Track orders and deliveries, providing customers with timely Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) information.
- Notify customers upon order arrival and arrange deliveries when necessary.
- Execute the efficient closure of projects, ensuring full invoicing and submission of maintenance documentation.
- Effectively manage and consolidate project costs in comparison to the budget.
- Stay abreast of product knowledge, attending manufacturer’s factory/training visits to remain current on the latest product developments and software tools.
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering trust through open and effective communication.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, consistently prioritizing a Customer First approach to business.
- Assist in organizing and participating in various customer events, including open houses, sporting events, and lunches.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

**Qualifications**
- Possession of a Post-Secondary Education or equivalent work experience (Mechanical Engineering degree is considered an asset).
- Demonstrated minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
- Proven experience in Inside Sales.
- Proficiency in estimating takeoffs and the ability to interpret and analyze blueprints.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Adept in utilizing technology, with a comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Consistent delivery of exemplary customer service.
- Capacity to effectively multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
