Accounting Assistant RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating AR invoices - Processing Credit Cards / E Deposit - posting payment receipts
- Posting AP & processing AP payments
- Corresponding with customers & vendors re payment status
- Month-end Billings and Reconciliations
- Bank Reconcilations
- Various accounting related projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be proficient in QuickBooks
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Advance Excel and Word skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, fluent with English (verbal & written)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Experience**:
- accounting: 5 year (required)
- QuickBooks: 1 year (required)
Pay: $45,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
