**About the Role**
Reporting to the Controller, the Invoicing Coordinator will play an important role in keeping our invoicing and sales order processes running smoothly and accurately. You’ll work closely with our Domestic Sales Team, Logistics Department, and customers—resolving issues, streamlining workflows, and ensuring our transactions are both timely and correct.

**What You’ll Do**
- ** Invoicing & Order Management -**Process invoices, update and adjust sales orders, enter Trader Outbound Sales, and ensure all transactions are completed accurately and on time.
- ** Customer & Logistics Coordination -**Address and resolve customer inquiries related to invoicing, shipping, or discrepancies; issue debits and credits; and work with the Logistics Department to coordinate shipments and pickups.
- ** Month-End & Administrative Support -**Assist with month-end closing procedures, manage inventory updates, complete customs documentation, and provide ongoing administrative support to the Domestic Sales Team.
- ** Contribute to Team Success -**Support evolving business priorities, suggest ways to improve workflows, and lend your skills wherever they can make an impact.
