Property Manager Assistant

An immediate opening for a full time Property Management Assistant, MUST have a minimum of two years experience supporting a busy property manager.
Hours 8:30-4 pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30-2 pm Fridays
All Stats Paid
2 weeks paid vacation after year one + monthly gas allowance

We are in immediate need of an assistant with experience.
Job description:
Correspondence by Phone & E-mail (Concerns, Inquiries, Work orders)
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)-Filing (General, Unit, Board Packages)
Board meeting preparation & Minute taking when necessary
Drafting & revising individual unit & Corporation correspondence (Letters, Notices, Newsletters, Budgets)
Work Orders (inputting all requests, actioning & following up with the appropriate contractors, keeping owners informed)
Data Entry; keeping all Owner records, Corporation distribution lists, and Owner/Tenant contact information up to date using QB.
Invoicing (ensuring invoices are approved & inputted accordingly
Noting invoice & payment in work order logs)
Liaising between Staff, Board Directors, Owners, Contractors, Law offices & Real Estate Agents
We are a very busy office, teamwork and multitasking is essential.

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
