Robert Design Group Ltd. Millwork has been in the residential and commercial custom architectural manufacturing industry for over 20 years.

**Skills & Experience**
- Organize and oversee a weekly production schedule for cabinetmakers, CNC operators..
- Organize and oversee a weekly paint line production schedule.
- Have oversight and accountability for all the production shifts.
- On an ongoing basis, work with the General Manager to review operating procedures to achieve and maintain high quality of manufactured goods.
- Participate and lead daily production meetings with the General Manager to review the production schedule and current workload on the production floor.
- Oversee manufacturing processes and progress of projects assigned by Project Managers to meet the required deadlines.
- Ensure production teams are properly staffed and optimized. Manage employee headcounts through effective workforce planning, drive responsible labor costs, and support results-driven team structure.
- Provide leadership to cabinetmaker's teams by mentoring future leaders, promoting open communication between teams, coaching on process and procedural compliance, leading training & development initiatives, and promoting the company’s values.
- Action immediate resolutions to irregular operations through careful and impactful review of process deviations and implementation of innovative and effective solutions.
- Assist Project Managers, Drafters, CNC programmers and cabinetmakers with any technical questions or inquiries through your knowledge and expertise.
- Perform engineering reviews with Project Managers and Drafters prior to the drafting step.
- Release to production submitted production shop drawings after your technical review.
- Meet the required timeline for the project. Notify Project Managers of any possible schedule delays as soon as possible.
- Ensure that health and safety protocols are adhered to by the production floor staff.
- Perform occasional site measurements when requested.
- Review workers' performance and identify training needs.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
