Production Manager

**Job Overview**
**Duties**:
- Supervise daily production activities and manage the production team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Oversee the assembly and fabrication of products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Monitor production metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with other departments, including warehouse management, to coordinate material handling and inventory control.
- Train new employees on production processes, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise and coordinate maintenance activities for production equipment.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a focus on leadership roles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and forklifts safely.
- Experience in fabricating and assembling products is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members at all levels.
- A commitment to fostering a culture of safety within the workplace.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $90,000.00 per year
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
