**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions
- Upsell products and suggest additional items to enhance the customer's purchase
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized selling area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of sales
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in technical sales is preferred
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products effectively
- Proficiency in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Previous experience in retail sales is a plus

**Salary**: $21.65-$23.14 per hour
