**You as a Business Development Coordinator**:
- Participate in the implementation of creative business development strategies for the BC region.- In coordination with the Director of Business Development, assist in the execution of area objectives and strategies to support the overall company business development goals- Input, update and manage all CRM (and CRM Pilot) data and review with the Director of Business Development bi-weekly- Assist with the development and preparation of marketing materials and presentations, as required- Assist the Director of Business Development with setting up new project pursuit files, and documentation to evaluate potential new projects- Create advertising graphics and marketing collateral for various industry publications- Develop a marketing plan; create forward thinking initiatives to drive social content in coordination with the corporate marketing team- Assist with logistics, content, coordination, and tracking for events such as the Area Meetings, trade shows, and other industry events as they arise- Help with establishing relationships with construction associations, marketing events to the area- Collaborate with the team to coordinate and track sponsorship opportunities, coordinate and manage all opportunities, invoicing, and event requirements with each organization

**Is this the right role for you?**
- You have one to three years of professional work experience supporting marketing initiatives. Experience in the construction sector would be an asset.
- You have a Degree or Diploma in Commerce/Marketing, or an equivalent background in marketing, and communication.
- You are proactive and take initiative with strong communication and interpersonal skills,
