Uniques Software Corp - the producer of Officio, a SaaS-based service - is a recognized software provider in the Canadian and Australian immigration/migration industry. Officio is dedicated to empowering immigration/migration professionals through technology, education, and networking, so they can offer their clients the best service possible.

We are currently looking for an innovative, dynamic, and ambitious individual to fill the position of Business Development Coordinator. This is a full-time, hybrid position. Our head office is located in North Vancouver, British Columbia.

**Position Purpose**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Find innovative approaches to market the software to prospective clients.
- Follow-up with key prospects in a timely manner.
- Sell software, solutions, and services to current and prospective clients.
- Onboard new clients efficiently and effectively.
- Transition new clients to _Client Service Representatives_ following the onboarding process.
- Follow up with clients to track satisfaction levels and to discover additional revenue opportunities.
- Develop solutions with clients for specific opportunities and complex issues.
- Present all new products to existing clients and prospective clients.
- Provide on-going opportunities to further increase software sales.
- Assist the Government Relations Officer in developing the enterprise portfolio, as needed.
- Complete all administrative tasks such as sales analysis, market analysis, forecasting, etc.
- Stay up-to-date about new trends within the software and immigration industry.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to achieve business development objections.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.

**Minimum Experience Required**:

- 1-2 years of experience in SaaS sales and licensing.
- A proven track record of delivering successful business results.

**Minimum Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or equivalent job-related experience.

**Working Environment**:

- This position is a hybrid, with the possibility of working remotely.
