- Post-secondary education such as DULE or a degree in a relevant field of study such as design, planning, architecture or business
- Passion for real estate and design with a desire to share ideas and conduct market research & analysis to best understand trends and the needs and desires of our future homeowners
- An understanding of development cycles, municipal approval processes, community bylaws, industry regulations and public engagement best practices
- A passion for a job well done, working collaboratively with others to streamline processes and support the success of our team
- Excellent communication skills, with clear and concise delivery and follow up of important details and the ability to manage expectations
- An ability to provide strong procedural support with professionalism, high standards of accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality
- A proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Teams/Etc) - previous experience with Procore and Bluebeam Studio considered an asset
