**Job Title: Clinic** Manager - **Plastic Surgery/Aesthetics Clinic**

**Location**:North York**

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate luxury service and next-level patient care
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of administration operations to ensure smooth progress
- Mentor and coach employees through performance management and consistent feedback
- Ensure practice is providing the appropriate level of patient service including the resolution of patient concerns/issues
- Manage relationships/agreements with vendors/pharmaceutical companies
- Conduct regularly scheduled staff meetings
- Assign staff members duties and responsibilities and oversee accuracy and completion
- Maintain organized medical and staff records
- Prepare work schedules
- Oversee physician schedules to maximize booking efforts
- Manager coordination and clinic flow of the surgical side
- On-board and train new employees
- Generate inventory records and conduct month count
- Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and high ethical standards
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Manage needed maintenance of the clinic, including organizing contractors, setting up walk throughs etc.
- Lead by example in terms of professionalism and work ethic
- Review and approve hours worked by staff by deadline
- Align to provide open and candid communication within the department
- Provide additional administrative support where needed
- Collaborate with Director of Operations on marketing initiatives
- Manage injectors and medical aesthetician schedules to maximize booking efforts
- Constantly providing feedback to Operations on how patient experience and clinic flow can improve
- Assist providers in managing clinics social media page
- Provide finance is needed monthly reports
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Medical Office Manager or equivalent position, in private practice sector
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Knowledge of industry's healthcare legal rules and guidelines
- In depth knowledge of diverse practice functions and operations
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Familiarity with MS Office, practice management software & patient engagement software
