**Clinic Manager Job Description**
Complete Balance is currently seeking a part-time associate to join our practice, with the opportunity to grow your own practice. Complete Balance is a busy interdisciplinary clinic located at Don Mills & Sheppard, with easy access to the TTC and free parking.

**Job Summary**:
- Manage the day-to-day operations in our clinic (liaise with health care team members to optimize access and flow, paperwork, data collection, manage wait times)
- Responsible for project management and coordination of clinic initiatives
- Assist with part time administrative responsibilities such as patient booking, taking payments, record keeping, opening and closing duties, ensuring cleanliness & organization of the clinic
- Manage clinical responsibilities, such as day to day assistance for the interprofessional team
- Develop systems and processes, in partnership with the team, for effective clinic functioning
- Assist in the implementation and evaluation of targets, goals and objectives as identified both internally and externally
- Support staff in utilizing critical thinking skills in resolving clinical and administrative issues
- Engage in evidence-based practice and may initiate changes to improve the quality of patient care as appropriate (including the planning, implementation and evaluation of the introduction of ‘best practice’).
**Qualifications**:
- Min 2 years in Healthcare Management or related field, preferred
- Demonstrated ability to liaise/communicate with external stakeholders and internal corporate staff members in a professional and courteous manner
- Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate with interdisciplinary staff and patients
- Committed to ongoing professional development
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the Clinical Director, administrative team, and interdisciplinary health practitioners on specific, corporate and external projects
- Ability to plan, implement and evaluate special care projects
- Project management experience an asset
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to coach, and motivate the health care team
- Good computer skills (the ability to formulate graphs and tables)
- Demonstrated abilities related to presentation skills (ability to utilize PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to achieve cooperation and coordination of corporate staff members and external stakeholders
- Demonstrates and role models values consistent with mission, vision and values of the organization
