**About the Role**
We’re seeking a motivated **Sales & Client Acquisition Representative** to help grow the Leaf & Vessel community. This role is **commission-based** and focused primarily on **finding and securing new clients** — from boutiques and spas to wellness studios, cafes, and event partners.

If you’re someone who enjoys building relationships, networking, and turning curiosity into long-term partnerships, this role is for you.

**Responsibilities**
- Actively research and reach out to potential clients and retail partners
- Present the Leaf & Vessel collection and secure new wholesale or partnership opportunities
- Generate consistent leads through social media, networking, and local outreach
- Maintain communication with prospects and guide them through the sales process
- Represent the brand with professionalism and warmth at all times

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience in sales, client outreach, or business development (preferred)
- Self-driven and results-oriented personality
- Genuine interest in wellness, tea, and design-driven products
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule

**Compensation**
- 100% **commission-based**:

- Earn commission on every client or account you bring in
- Flexible schedule and remote-friendly
- Opportunities for higher commissions or base pay as the brand expands
