Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid role , the office is based in Richmond Hill, ON, for a Business Development Specialist. The responsibilities include identifying and establishing key business partnerships, generating and nurturing new leads, conducting market research to identify business opportunities, and contributing ideas to enhance the company's growth. The specialist will also work to maintain strong client relationships, provide attentive customer service, and collaborate across departments to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and develop effective business strategies
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage stakeholders and deliver compelling presentations
  • Proven expertise in lead generation and the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Experience in market research to assess competitive landscapes and customer needs
  • Customer service skills to foster relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools is an asset
  • Previous experience in business development or a related field is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
