**Regional Account Coordinator (Remote)**

As a leader in innovative smart waste technology and value-added solutions, we are expanding our Regional Accounts team and looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused individual to join us as a Regional Account Coordinator.

**Salary**: $50,000.00

The Account Coordinator supports the Business Development, National Accounts, and Account Management teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- New Account Setup
- Billing Setup
- CRM data management
- Document management
- Assist with Account transitions from Sales to Account Management
- Prepare spreadsheets for analysis on sales opportunities
- Implement sales opportunities for new clients
- Coordinate with Vendor Relations with RFQ process

**Requirements**:

- Experience working as an Account Coordinator or similar role.
- Experience using a CRM
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to problem solve.
- Organizational and time-management skills
