Hotel Front Desk Agent

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Operate phone systems to answer calls promptly and assist with reservations or guest requests.
- Maintain front desk operations by managing cash transactions, processing payments, and balancing cash drawers.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay.
- Address any guest complaints or issues professionally and promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a positive first impression for guests.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication skills.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software is advantageous but can be taught on the job.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
