With the ever increasing demand for support and service in the auto industry, our **Ogilvie Subaru** islocation is looking for a **Client Centre Concierge** to join the team. **Responsibilities** - Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the dealership. - Provide excellent customer service and assist with any inquiries or concerns. - Direct customers to the appropriate department or sales representative. - Maintain a clean and organized showroom. - Ensure all necessary forms and materials are available for customers. - Provide basic information about the dealership, its products, and services. - Light car exterior cleaning. **Qualifications** - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude. - Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmissions. - Clean driving record. - Basic computer skills. - While not required, previous automotive experience is an asset. - Able to work outside in all weather conditions. - Ability to stand for long periods and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: From $16.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Extended health care - On-site parking Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: - Gloucester, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Customer service: 3 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Driving Licence (required) Work Location: One location
