**Responsibilities**:
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all ICC service standards and consistently project these standards while on duty
- Monitor, guide, and coach team members to ensure adherence to these high service expectations
- Take charge of event preparation, ensuring all logístical details are organized efficiently to meet or exceed service time targets
- Take full ownership of assigned events, ensuring all aspects of the service are executed flawlessly
- Maintain effective communication with both the team and clients, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence
- Review and understand all Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) in detail before each shift, ensuring that all event-specific needs and expectations are clear and actionable for the team
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and care
- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and appearance, and monitor staff for compliance to these standards
- Manage critical staff-client interactions and provide feedback on staff performance, recommending staffing adjustments when necessary to optimize service delivery
- Complete any additional duties as assigned by supervisors
**What we Look For**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a banquet facility of full-service hotel
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Smart Serve Certified
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during the entire shift
- Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise moving heavy objects as needed for event setup and breakdown
- Self‑motivated, with the ability to make effective decisions
- Demonstrates initiative, and work with mínimal supervision
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
