Employment Type: Part Time (25-30 hours per week) **Real Estate Administrative Assistant for Jason Streich** **Looking for an experienced Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join a fast paced Real Estate office. MUST have previous experience working in a residential real estate role.** **Overview of the role**: Over all your responsibility will be to support the team in their sales goals and show initiative to keep the team organized, well informed and on track with their processes in every aspect of the business. **Key deliverables include**: - Prepare all listing materials; pre-listing presentation, listing agreement, sellers’ disclosures, Comparative market analysis, research old listings for data, etc - Consult and coordinate with sellers for property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, lockbox administration, access requirements and marketing activities - Coordinate showings via the real estate system and obtain feedback - Provide proactive weekly feedback to sellers regarding all showings and marketing activities - Input all listing info into MLS and marketing websites and update as needed - Submit all necessary documents to the offer for file compliance - Manage Client Appreciation Program, including but not limited to purchasing supplies - Complete and prioritize a daily "To Do List" in order to have measurable results for day to day operations - Track all records of expenditures and assist Real Estate Agent in analyzing monthly P & L statements - Maintain a schedule of the Real Estate Agent’s time: calendar, meetings, projects, etc., confirm all appointments - Anticipate and prepare materials needed by the Real Estate Agent for conferences, appointments, meetings, telephone calls, etc. - Maintain and organize office, marketing, and work supplies to avoid emergencies; keep an inventory list - Other duties as assigned **Experience & qualifications**: - 3+ years of Customer Service required - 3+ years of Administrative Assistant experience preferred - Real estate related experience is required - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Fluent in English - Remarkable attention to detail - Intimate knowledge of matrix, web forms and all things real estate is an asset - Be a logical thinker who takes pride in their work and works well in a team environment - Strong work ethic and adept at learning new technology and platforms - Able to work efficiently autonomously, as well as collaboratively in a team dynamic - A proven ability to deliver superior support, service and results - The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and clients' property files in a fast-paced environment - The ability to develop productive relationships with clients, vendors and team members - Proficient in social media and other marketing platforms - Accounting knowledge and experience is considered an asset - Outgoing and positive - Reliability, Hardworking and organized - Post secondary education in a relatable field is an asset **Benefits**: - On-site Parking - Paid Vacation **Schedule**: - 25-30 hours per week - Monday to Friday **Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week Additional pay: - Bonus pay **Benefits**: - Flexible schedule - On-site parking - Paid time off Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-02-17
