**Job Title: Real Estate Executive Assistant**
**Location**: Calgary, AB (Hybrid / Mostly Remote / 1 day per week at office )
**Salary**: $45,000 - $55,000 annually + performance-based bonuses
**Job Type**: Full-Time
Hi, I’m Chris Ford—a top-producing Calgary realtor with a trade background and a track record of 50+ transactions a year. I care deeply about people, systems, and delivering unmatched value. I’m building a small, high-performing team that offers clients a “small town, caring” experience with big-league results.
I’m looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This isn’t just a job—it’s a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a business and be part of something meaningful. I’m committed to investing in the right person, treating them well, and setting them up for success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and daily tasks
- Monitor and respond to inbox messages; keep the calendar updated and aligned
- Communicate with clients, realtors, lawyers, builders, and other professionals
- Prepare documents using WebForms and DocuSign; organize them in Google Drive
- Follow up with clients and manage CRM data and accuracy
- Help manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
- Use Trello to track tasks and project workflows
- Errand Running: Perform errands such as picking up or dropping off lockboxes, sold stickers, documents, cheques, etc.
**Experience & Education**:
- 3+ years in an admin role such as an executive assistant, legal assistant, or personal assistant
- Minimum high school diploma; post-secondary education is an asset
- Real estate industry experience is a bonus but not required
**Work Environment**:
- Mostly remote, with occasional in-person tasks—a vehicle and valid driver’s license are essential
- Additional in-person time may be required during the onboarding/probation period for training
