The Time and Attendance System Administrator is responsible for validating the integrity of data necessary for payroll processing and updating employee records. They must ensure compliance with the human resources policies and the applicable hourly rates, and are responsible for helping managers and their staff to understand these policies. Their role also includes meeting established deadlines, performing research and analysis, making corrections and providing written or verbal explanations, processing transaction requests, as well as keeping the organizational structure and various databases up to date. They are also responsible for assessing configuration needs and implementing them with the supplier. This role may be remote/hybrid.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage the time system and act as the resource person for all questions related to timesheets
- Validate the integrity of data required to process employee payroll (including managing various premium payments) and update employee records and the organizational structure, within the prescribed timelines
- Carry out research and analysis and interpret and calculate data related to various requests
- Make necessary corrections to employee records, including certain human resources transactions that have a direct impact on employee payroll, in compliance with human resources policies
- Act as an intermediary between various groups to ensure employee records and databases are maintained and updated within the prescribed timelines; receive, coordinate and distribute information related to changes and reorganizations to various groups within the company
- Working closely with other team members, ensure that time recording deadlines are met by the various stakeholders
- Be responsible for analyzing configuration needs and implement changes while proactively assessing the impacts on the various stakeholders

Job Requirements
- Training in HR, administration or another relevant field
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
- Experience with HRIS and other different Time & attendances systems
- Experience with the UKG (UltiPro) system and the time and attendance module (UTA), an asset
- Project management experience, an asset
