We are currently recruiting for a full-time **Estimating Administrator** in our Restoration Division. This position will be based out of the main office in Bolton at 27 Nixon Rd.
**THE POSITION**
- Oversee estimate revision and alteration requests from Contractor Connection and RFA
- Assist the Coordinators with safety board setup, notice of projects, cheque requests, data collection, and report uploads
- Manage warranty claim intakes
- Assist with collecting bids and sending out tenders
- Send out ICC requests and update estimates
- Xactimate note entry when requested
- Effectively communicate between Estimating, Coordinating and Insurance teams
- Responsible for job flow status updates, trade list tracking, and invoice screening
- Other duties as assigned by the Restoration Team
**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- **3 year of work experience in a similar role**:
- Familiarity with Xactimate and Contractor Connection
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient excel skills with a strong attention to detail
- Able to deal with clients in a respectful manner
- Comfortable taking direction from team members
