Construction Administrator

We are seeking a **Construction Administrator** who will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Project Management and Estimating Department. Document Control, collection and organization is a big part of this role. Past experience working as a construction administrator or administrative assistant, contracts administrator, or even a project coordinator will allow you to comfortably transition into this role.
Responsibilities include:
- Keeping a real-time online list of current construction sites and projects,
- Scheduling Assistance - enter field staff hours and job assignment online; check and validate timesheets
- Liaise with Field Staff, Foreman, and Supervisors where required.
- Printing and organizing all construction drawings
- Request Locates for new construction activities with detailed descriptions of scope
- Issue Purchase Orders (PO’s)
- Other duties that may be delegated or required from time to time at the direction of the management team
