Order Processor/administrative Assistant

**Order Processor is responsible for**:
- Performing order entry in Dynamics (inventory management software) and all communication and planning with the customer as well as internal teams (warehouse, inventory) regarding the order
- Maintaining up to date records for customers in Dynamics
- Regularly communicating with customers regarding inventory levels, pricing, promotions and product information
- Creating shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries
- Generating batch reports for orders
- Providing pre and post sales support to customers; manage inquiries, solve issues/discrepancies, manage returns
- Relying on readily available assistance from team members and supervisors to resolve issues as they relate to order processing and the delivery of such services
- Consistently increasing knowledge and awareness of products and services offered and sharing that knowledge with customers
- Proactively identify potential customer issues and provide a resolution or escalate them within the team for resolution
- Providing input into the development of order processing practices and procedures in order to run the department more efficiently and cost effectively
- Maintaining filing system
- Other data entry duties as required
**Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Able to work independently, as well as with the team
- Ability to communicate in English effectively both verbally and in writing
- Must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Must be accurate and detail oriented
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $38,000.00 per year
