We currently have an opening for a hardworking, multi-tasking individual with a positive and professional attitude to join our team as an Order Desk Representative.
**WHAT'S THE ROLE?**
**Key responsibilities**:
- Receives, verifies and processes incoming orders for materials, merchandise or services such as repairs, installations or rental equipment
- Troubleshoots order discrepancies, addresses internal and external customer queries
- Validates inventory and compiles various reports as required
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
**Key qualifications**:
- No experience is required; the right individual will be fully trained
- A post-secondary education in a related field is preferred
- Excellent telephone customer service skills
- Good at multi-tasking & ability to handle high volume of phone calls
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Computer literacy in a Windows environment
- Must be able to begin work at 6:00am Monday to Friday
