Digital Marketing Manager

We are searching for a digital marketing manager to join our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our digital marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence globally while also managing our websites and lead generation.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, and display advertising
- Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
- Serves as Webmaster, updating websites regularly, while maintaining brand consistency and collaborating on engaging content
- Manage website updates, which can include content updates and design and creation of new templates, pages and websites by working with internal web developers and external agencies
- Optimize lead generation and process of funneling leads to Sales
- Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
- Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
- Develop a strategy for data collection with a goal to expand distribution list size
- Plan and execute on digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, paid social media and display advertising campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Track, monitor and ensure that campaigns are delivering by reporting on campaign performance
- Monitor industry changes and developments in digital marketing
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience
- Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
- Oversee and manage all other digital projects as they develop within Givex
**Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities***:
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Strong written and interpersonal skills in English
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related experience
- Solid knowledge of ad serving tools (Google Ads, Sponsored LinkedIn/Facebook)
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Digital Marketing Specialist or related field
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Strong technical skills and vision as it relates to the relevant channels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Solid knowledge of content management systems (e.g. Wordpress)
- Solid knowledge of marketing automation systems (e.g. Hubspot)
- Practical and solutions-oriented
- Strong project Management skills
- Solid understanding of website development and content design
