We are Little Bear in the Forest, a digital marketing agency that strives to truly think outside of the box, and take BIG risks for all of our clients.

We are looking for a full-time Junior Account Lead to join our team. If you are a digital marketing specialist with experience leading account initiatives, are detail-oriented, enjoy implementing a number of marketing strategies, are always willing to go the extra mile, extremely efficient in time management, and aren't afraid of a challenge or two.... our collective is the perfect place for you.

This position will require 30-40 hours of your time a week, and is fully remote/work from home. This position requires being available and working within the core hours of 8-6, Monday to Friday and may include the odd evening or weekend.

**The job requires intermediate to advanced level knowledge in**:

- Analytics
- Web Design
- Social Media Management
- Google Ads
- Project Management
- Conversion Funnel Marketing
- Account/ Client Management
- HTML and CSS (not required but an asset)
- Graphic Design (not required but an asset)
**Core competencies**:

- A hardworking individual who puts their career first
- A willingness to learn and master new softwares
- A creative mind with an analytical drive
- A positive and outgoing attitude
- Comfortable working on Wordpress. Experience with Avada is a bonus
- Comfortable owning a client account and leading the team and tasks as needed
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Photoshop, Canva, Trello, SproutSocial, Google Sheets & Docs
This is a contract role that is 100% remote. You can work when and where you want. However, you will be expected to be available 9-5, Monday - Friday for calls and meetings.
