**THE OPPORTUNITY**
You will lead a talented cross-functional team and work closely with merchandising, retail operations, and customer service teams to deliver cohesive and effective marketing campaigns and digital shopping experiences.
**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**:
**Marketing Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive traffic, increase customer engagement, and build brand awareness across all channels.
- Own the annual marketing calendar, promotional planning, and campaign execution.
- Oversee paid media (PPC, paid social, display), SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and PR.
- Manage brand storytelling and positioning to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Own the annual marketing budget, planning, and KPI reporting.
- Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer insight gathering to inform strategy.
**Ecommerce & Digital Growth**:
- Lead the ecommerce strategy, ensuring site experience, merchandising, conversion, and performance is optimized.
- Own the eCommerce P&L and drive online sales performance, conversion rates, and margin improvements.
- Collaborate with UX/UI, tech, and Shopify teams to improve site functionality and customer experience.
- Implement marketing technology solutions to improve automation, analytics, and personalization.
- Manage all digital channels including Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliate programs, and retargeting campaigns.
- Analyze digital performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, etc.) and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, operations, IT, and customer service to support seamless omnichannel execution.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using key marketing KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, etc.).
**Omni-Channel Integration**:
- Bridge the gap between online and offline to create a seamless customer experience.
- Support retail initiatives through localized marketing, in-store events, and digital tools.
- Leverage customer data to personalize marketing and drive retention.
**Creative & Content Oversight**
- Develop and implement social media strategies that build community and brand engagement.
- Plan and execute brand campaigns, influencer collaborations, promotions, contests, and giveaways.
**Leadership & Team Management**:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing and ecommerce team.
- Manage external agencies and vendor relationships.
- Set clear KPIs and report regularly on performance to executive leadership.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA a plus).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing and/or ecommerce, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience working in an omni-channel retail environment.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Proven history of delivering measurable growth in ecommerce and brand performance.
- Proficient in digital marketing, analytics, and ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4.
- Expert in e-commerce performance metrics and digital KPIs (ROAS, LTV, CAC, AOV, conversion rate, etc.).
- Experience owning and managing e-commerce P&L, including revenue growth, margins, and budget allocation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication, copywriting, and creative development skills.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with merchandising, operations, finance, and IT teams.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
