Digital Marketing Manager

**NOVOTECH NEPEAN, ON, CANADA - THIS ROLE WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK ONSITE**

Are you ready to work with a global sales and marketing team?

We are looking for a hands-on experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to grow brand awareness and revenue through our multiple Ecommerce and Demand Generation Platforms.

You’ll work as a part of an in-house marketing and sales team but will have to come ready with hands-on experience in multiple disciplines. If you’re a creative self-starter with exceptional content and digital campaign marketing expertise and looking to contribute, take responsibility, and be recognized, this is the role for you.

This will include planning, executing, and reporting on multiple digital strategies including Marketing Automation, SEO, Paid Search, Social Media Marketing and Content Marketing. You’ll need deep experience in how all the digital element’s work, how they fit together, and how they collectively drive sales and lead generation.

**What You'll Do**:

- Increase awareness of website and brand, improve overall Ecommerce sales and boost targeted B2B leads for our service-based solutions.
- Design and generate targeted relevant content and campaigns to drive high-quality marketing qualified leads and meet KPI targets.
- Be Laser-focused on regularly improving measurable KPIs (including ROAS, COA, CPL, Conversion rates, etc.)
- Work daily with our in-house marketing teams in both Business and Consumer sales funnels to drive effective content and digital strategy, identify improvement and make real-time updates for improvement and retention.
- Immerse yourself in the telecoms and wireless industry and use your knowledge to approach content generation, digital marketing, and acquisition with a strategic and innovative mindset.
- Manage regular and ongoing A/B testing on key digital campaigns to drive efficiencies and optimization.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
- 4+ years of experience with Ecommerce platforms: BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento
- 4+ years of experience in digital and content marketing
- Be willing to provide a portfolio that shows examples of work.
- Proactive self-starter who is results-orientated and deadline-driven but must also want to learn and be able to take direction when necessary.
- Must be a highly organized individual, detailed-oriented with the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Passion and ability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker with an ability to use and quantify data to inform all decisions.
- Experience in the Telecommunications technology industry, B2B SMB, SaaS is a plus

- Backlink / Influencer Marketing List Segmentation

Pay: Up to $85,000.00 per year
