**About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in online sales, shipping, and digital marketing to help grow our car accessory sales. This position involves creating engaging product listings, responding to customer inquiries, managing orders, and coordinating deliveries.

This role is similar to running your own business — you organize your schedule, manage your workflow, and build your own sales results. There are no set hours, only the expectation to be available and responsive when customers need assistance.

**Responsibilities**
- Create and manage product listings with clear titles, descriptions, and images
- Process sales, prepare shipping details, and track orders
- Handle returns and ensure customer satisfaction
- Design visuals or promotional content for online marketing
- Assist with website updates and general ecommerce tasks

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in online sales or ecommerce
- Knowledge of shipping and fulfillment procedures
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Graphic design experience (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with website platforms (Shopify, WordPress, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Reliable computer, phone, and internet connection
