Marketing Assistant

**Must reside in Ottawa, ON.**

**Must be able to provide sample of work.**

**Objectives of this Role**
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with therapists and staff
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Create further partnership with businesses in our community that could further patient referral (doctor offices, personal injury lawyers, etc...)
- Assist with the scaling and increasing profitability of clinic through successful marketing campaigns throughout multiple channels

**Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**
- Working in partnership with the team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
- Design, create, and implement social media organic posts and sponsored posts
- Create content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Create and shoot videos/photos weekly for platforms with therapists and staff
- Manage social media platforms by growing following, engagements, creating stories, creating posts, commenting and liking
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads to our door
- Attract new clients to our front door through all platforms
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal teams, update and communicate with director weekly about marketing initiatives
- Work hand in hand with our digital marketing executive
- Create further partnership with businesses in our community that could further patient referral (doctor offices, personal injury lawyers, etc...)

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to details
- Proven minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Good teamwork skills and adaptable
- Punctual and efficient
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity and innovative thinking
- **Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools**:

- **Extensive knowledge on creative content creation**:

- **Extensive knowledge in all social platforms (Instagram, FaceBook, TikTok) both paid and organic**:

- **Extensive knowledge using MailChimp or Klaviyo**:

- **Extensive Knowledge in designing marketing content**:

- Extensive knowledge with video editing, photo editing, and graphics
- Commercial awareness
- Sales-minded

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proficiency with marketing and social media strategy
- Willingness and ability to travel to our 2 locations
