Restaurant Manager

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and kitchen activities
- Lead and motivate a team of servers, kitchen staffs to deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee food handling, safety protocols, and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Manage cash handling, POS systems, and financial transactions accurately
- Interview and hire new team members; conduct staff training and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate food safety procedures
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment at all times
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Implement marketing strategies to promote restaurant offerings and increase patronage
**Experience**
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service setting
- Extensive restaurant management background with knowledge of food industry standards
- Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
