**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation and service.
- Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
- Maintain inventory levels and manage cash handling procedures.
- Utilize POS systems, for order processing and financial reporting.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to promote restaurant offerings.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Monitor restaurant performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
- Experience with cash handling and financial reporting processes.
- Proficient in using POS systems.
- Background in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen management is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus.
