Project Coordinator

Aquazen Services is a fast-growing plumbing and drain company exclusively serving the Greater Toronto Area. We have been in business for over 17 years and have served hundreds of condominium and commercial corporations.
**Duties**:
- Collaborate with field supervisor to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is progressing according to plans
- Communicate project updates to CEO
- Assist with leads and sales to help secure new buisness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, Civil 3D, and construction estimating
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of construction services
- Experience with condo/apartment buildings
