Executive Assistant

**Job Duties**
- Support the Chief Operating Officer primarily and provide additional support to executive team members, as directed.
- Ensure the office runs efficiently by managing vendor relationships and building management.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, events, and book travel.
- Oversee visitors to the office and ensure a positive customer experience in keeping with our brand.
- Reception services including mail, shipping packages, and updating contact databases.
- Assist with various compliance functions.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Two or more years of experience in an office environment.
- Strong time-management, organization, and people skills; high degree of flexibility; multitasking ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Professional, and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
