Capital Integral Property Management has an opening for a Property Administrator
- This position requires someone who can perform various administrative tasks, including answering telephones and giving information to the public and customers. This position will also require assisting office staff on items. The reception will be responsible for confirming bookings for our office and corporations. This position requires someone to be at the front desk at all times._

**Receptionist Duties include but are not limited to**:
- Book meeting and respective rooms
- Maintain internal database
- Organize, store and print documents as needed
- Answer and direct calls
- Handle queries from owners and tenants
- Liaise with contractors to coordinate work
- Receive and sort mail daily
- Prepare notices as needed
- Processing elevator, guest suite, and party rooms for corporations
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and/or office
- Support Assistant to Property Managers by preparing mail-outs; i.e. print documents and labels, stuff envelopes, stamp, and mail
- Order office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
- Prepare and distribute reports, notices, and other documents as needed.
**Education**:High school diploma is required. Proficiency in a second language would be an asset.
**Experience**:Prior experience in an office setting is preferred.

- Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

**Salary**: From $36,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
