**INTRO**: Our team is looking for a person to fill the role of a property agent with our company. This new member would participate in processing and undertaking tenant and landlord service request for our residents and owners. This person will need to be handy with tools and rental equipment, have a ownership mentality and problem solving skills, including experience in residential property maintenance and repairs (handyman services). **GENERAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** The **AGENT **shall be responsible for undertaking small work orders and service request such as; small outward physical repairs and property maintenance services that do not require a license (Electrician/Gas Tech/Plumber). The **AGENT **shall support the team and company with administration task, such as reporting on incidents inspections and provide tenant support and trouble shooting services for residential matters by processing checklist and deductive reasoning to identify and/or repair an issue or item. **_More Specifically..._** 1) **Repairs, Patching and Work Orders** for outward physical conditions of items and fixtures within a home a) Drywall, painting, caulking fixtures b) Replace door knobs, house fixtures and smoke/co2 alarms c) Cleaning, pickup and drop off tasks and request d) Random work order and tenant support live 2) **Inspection and Property Review** a) Agent to perform an inspection following a specific list of items to check on a residential home/property and premises b) Assist tenant in troubleshooting for house items and apparatus following a provided checklist on-site review and the **AGENT'**s property maintenance experience 3) **Administrative Task** a) Process incident reviews with tenant (investigating service request for repairs and troubleshooting over the phone and live video) b) Reporting on task completed, tenant interactions during service call, **AGENT** observation during on site visit and problem resolution solution for owner's approval c) Assisting the ADMIN with 3rd party companies coordination and service requirements based on reported incident/task **MUST HAVE OWN MODE OF TRANSPORTATION & SOME TOOLS** **DESIRED AGENT EXPERIENCE**: - Experience in Residential Property Maintenance and Repairs (handy man/women) - Property Management and/or Property Ownership and Repair Experience - Residential Property Equipment and Apparatus Trouble Shooting Experience **GENERAL SKILLS REQUIRED**: - Able to undertake repairs of a home/property (Drywall, Painting, Caulking) - Able to replace a fixture (Faucet, light switch, light fixture, Smoke and Co2 Alarms) - Able to investigate, resolve and or solve a maintenance issue for a residential property (trouble shooting an incident and checklists processing "problem solver") **SCHEDULING AND WORK** - Full Time (30 hr week schedule) Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm - ON CALL Support with Tenant Service Agent (for emergencies) **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Flexible schedule - Life insurance - Paid time off - Vision care Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday - On call Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay - Overtime pay COVID-19 considerations: LarocquePM follows all provincial & federal guidelines as required/requested Application question(s): - Do you have a vehicle available to you for traveling to residential properties and other locations for work during the day-shift? **Experience**: - Residential Property Repair and Maintenance Services: 1 year (required) - Rental Property Management: 1 year (preferred) - Handyman / Handywomen: 1 year (preferred) Shift availability: - Day Shift (required)
