**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors at the front desk.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring professional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, maintaining up-to-date records and files.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and managing accounts using QuickBooks.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access to information.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, with a focus on clerical duties and customer service.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes is a plus.
- Experience in a medical or dental office setting is advantageous but not required.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.75-$25.00 per hour
