**What we do**

Method understands that businesses are unique and so it is our vision to create a small business platform that is easily personalized for each of our customers.

Our flagship product is Method: CRM, a customer relationship management tool made specifically for small businesses who have outgrown their processes. Unlike other CRMs, the combination of Method’s deep QuickBooks sync and no-code customization engine enable businesses to achieve their optimal workflows.

**The role**

As our next Content Specialist, you will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Communications as part of the Content team. You will work alongside a Content Writer and a Product Education Specialist who are dedicated to Method’s growth.

**Who you are**

You are a strategist with a keen SEO focus who takes ownership and leads the charge when developing editorial calendars for blogs and webinars. You think beyond just content creation — establishing a promotion strategy for each of your content initiatives and measuring key metrics along the way.

**What you’ll do**
- Create an SEO-focused blog strategy that speaks to our target audience’s pain points.
- Research the latest small business trends and challenges.
- Write, edit and optimize copy for landing pages, ads, blogs and guides.
- Connect with our customers and share their stories in case studies.
- Define our webinar editorial calendar and source thought leaders to join our sessions.
- Contribute ideas that shape our marketing strategy at large.

**What you bring**
- 2 years of experience creating SEO-focused content and developing content strategies.
- Strong knowledge of content marketing best practices.
- Experience using WordPress and Google Analytics.
- A lifelong approach to learning that keeps you ahead of the latest content marketing trends and drives you to create your own best practices.
- A results-driven focus that motivates you to produce content that’s not only enjoyable but also supports team KPIs like lead and revenue generation.
- An appreciation for the power of simplicity and an ability to make complex topics easily understood.
- A strong sense of ownership and a keen eye for details that most others would miss.
- Superb organizational skills that ensure you meet deadlines and prioritize content projects effectively.
- A growth mindset and plenty of creativity.

Bonus points if you have experience with any of the following:

- A diploma or degree in a writing-intense field of study.
- A background in B2B and or tech marketing.
- Experience using Google Search Console, Hootsuite, Elementor and Adobe Creative Suite.
